What does cleanse mode mean to you?

To me it means eating clean real food, masses of delicious amazing veggies (cooked and/or raw, to be chewed or sipped in vibrant green juice), and spacing my meals 4 - 6 hours apart.  Plus whilst cleansing, I avoid common allergens such as Wheat (all glutinous grains), Dairy, Sugar (all sorts - including honey), Booze (even medicinal wine) and peanuts.  If you think you might have Candida avoid vinegar and oddly, citric acid (used in some tea's etc).  You can tell I'm ready to launch...
